Having just a single "take it or leave it" offer doesn't make sense to us, and feels lazy. Nor does a time and materials route, where your final balance is largely unknown. We remove these nuisances completely by personally designing a range of 3-6 options to best serve you in accomplishing your project needs. These option solutions have a diverse range of value for a variety of budgets, from the most barebones basic fix, to the most premium and permanent solution. Additionally, the price you see, is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees at any point of the process!

Demand is high in our line of work, and as much as we would love to serve everyone, we can't. We put in tremendous effort to deliver outstanding results for our clients and we have found that if both parties aren't excited about it then we may not be the best fit, and that is okay. But those that we do get the opportunity to serve, get nothing short of our absolute best dedicated to them.

We proudly stand by the integrity of our work. So much that we are willing to guarantee it for as long as we are in business. We've been called crazy for this one. That's just the thing though, we've never had a desire to be like everyone else, so why would we model our way of conduct off of them? We've been told its going to "put us out of business", or "yeah, just wait until people start calling you to collect on it"... all this sounds suspicious if you think about it. It begs the question, "did you leave something to collect on?" (You'd be surprised how common shortcuts actually are). You also might have been familiar in the past with a contractor who provided you with a "taillight warranty"... well, that way of doing business reads like a big red flag to us. We own up to our faults and we fix them, on the house.

We have spent A LOT of time vetting other contractors in the area that work synergistically with us. It's an ongoing auditing process too. The standards we hold for ourselves are the standards we expect from them. Sometimes we have to subcontract other trades for a job, and you can rest assured in knowing that they made the cut. We wouldn't put our name on the line for just anyone. Additionally, having this network saves you a lot of time. For example, sometimes we have to cause damage in order to provide a solution (RIP drywall)... it doesn't make much sense to leave you with that problem of getting it repaired! If you choose, we will coordinate with our network of professionals to get your home back in pristine working order.

We run our operations with no compromise on legality or procedure. Everything from permitting, inspecting, national electric code, licensing, insurance, you name it... It protects both us and you if we do this. Yes, sometimes it is inconvenient, but it is sure good at eliminating a significant amount of risk!

"Axe-Bath Andy", "Tank-Top Terry", "The B.O. Bros".... There are a lot of funny nicknames out there, and unfortunately a lot of them happen to be true sometimes. With us, we maintain a clean, consistent uniform and vehicle. Going to work is like going to get a tattoo (you're supposed to shower first). We keep groomed, we ensure our workspace is clean. It's called basic consideration and respect for ourselves and our clients. This even extends beyond the physical. It entails our demeanor, how we interact, our conviction to our word, the list goes on. These once commonly held traits, which at times feel lost and rare, are very much still alive with our culture.
