We are fully licensed and insured to conduct business in the state of Montana. We operate under a limited electrical contractor license (ELE-LCO-LIC-60627) and it can be confirmed by searching the Montana Dept. of Labor's website here ---> https://ebizws.mt.gov/PUBLICPORTAL/searchform?mylist=licenses    

Currently, no. We operate under a limited electrical contractor license which limits work we can perform to residential structures and some multifamily residences with 4 or less units. In the future we intend to upgrade to an unlimited license which allows us to work on just about anything. We will update when this happens!

Residential service work is our bread and butter! Upgrades, renovations, you name it. We don't deal in new construction too much at the moment. Reason being, the value of a premium service experience comes with a tremendous amount of resource allocation, and as one of our founding core beliefs, we will not compromise this by spreading ourselves too thin. There will likely come a day when we stand up a dedicated new construction department separate from the service foundation. We will update that on our list of offerings when the time comes.

Explicitly, no. Due to the sheer amount of nuance in estimating a job, it is impossible to give an accurate estimate without a thorough investigation of the site and the scope of work. In efforts to provide you with an honest quote, we must first visit the site and collect all details before being able to draft up an estimate. Free vs. paid estimates vary with the season and workload.

Yes! We do all financing through Hearth Financial. This is only offered for any projects that exceed $1K or more. 

We are so confident in the standard of quality of our work that we will back it up with a lifetime warranty for all service work. For clarity, this covers only the actual mechanical installation (wire connections, securing of enclosures, basically anything that accounts for a mechanically and electrically safe and sound installation) and any mistakes we may make and not catch. What this does NOT cover is neglect/abuse, general breakdown over time of material, and another person tampering with the installation after us.

Devices break down over time (drivers, outlets, breakers for example!), it's just the way it is. We only utilize the highest quality material we can access on our installations to mitigate this as best as possible. This warranty does NOT cover any material we do not explicitly provide (light fixtures are a common one). We also honor any manufacturer warranty, even if it exceeds the 1yr general warranty.
