I spent 6 years in the Navy as an Aircrewman on helicopters. After my contract ended, I needed to find a career path. If you would have asked me then, I never would have guessed being an Electrician is where I would end up, let alone owning a business. Service has always seemed to be the common denominator in my professional decisions, so I suppose this makes sense! I sat down, identified a line of work this country was in deficit of and that aligned with my capabilities, and then started down this path. I've found that my niche in this industry is service work, not construction. I enjoy the technical side, but more than that, I enjoy the customers I meet and the stories they tell. As far as being a business owner, the ability to create a culture of excellence where the team actually enjoys going to work and is aligned in a common mission....just multiplies the fulfillment. I will die someday and it's my goal to positively impact as many people as I can before that time comes. Even though AE's entire operation is all done by me alone right now you'll notice I use "we" and "us" language quite a bit, that's my visionary brain. Give me some time and it will be more than manifesting!
